Our Culture

Must be awesome. At every level here at CFCU, our culture is clearly rooted in a common purpose... Putting the needs of the member and membership first. Whether it be strengthening our communities through volunteering as a representative of CFCU, counting cash on the teller line, or both, we do what we do because we love the communities we serve and the individuals who live in them!

Before you apply, we highly recommend some research into the credit union difference. CFCU, and the entire international credit union movement, is rooted in the principle of 'People Helping People.' It is our practice to hire individuals who want to put others first. Take a few minutes to do a search online for "Credit Union Difference" and you might be stunned at all you find!

Be warned... many who begin down the Credit Union career path end up never leaving. It's what happens when you believe in what you are doing!

Our Values

We show up to work each day, excited to learn and improve, for three reasons.

1. Our members!   What can we say? We love 'em!

2. Each other!   You won't believe how many truly extraordinary people work here at CFCU. The work relationships and quality of people you get to interact with on a daily basis is staggering!

3. Our communities.   Community is in our name for a reason. As a rule of thumb - As CFCU gets stronger, so do our communities! You'll play an integral part of that here at CFCU. Want a smattering of examples of where you might want to volunteer? Check this page out!
