- Account Closing Request — Use this form to request your account(s) at another financial institution be closed and available funds transferred to CFCU.
- Direct Deposit/Automatic Withdrawal — Use this form to request an automatic deposit/withdrawal to/from your CFCU account.
- Account Transfer Checklist — Use this form to ensure all matters have been settled with your previous financial institution before closing your account(s) and transferring funds to CFCU.
