WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE MOVE TO CFCU MORE
- Enroll before November 4th - If you are not already enrolled in CFCU More, make sure to enroll as soon as possible. Enrolling BEFORE Digital Banking moves will ensure that access to view your accounts and make transfers in not interrupted. During the move, we expect higher call volumes so enroll now to beat the rush. Find enrollment instruction here.
- Business Accounts - will be moved over to CFCU More at a later date than personal accounts. If you have a business account, you will continue to have access to your accounts through our current Digital Banking platform.
- Current Digital Banking App - As a Personal Account user, you will still see the Digital Banking app on your phone or within the Google and Apple stores, but very shortly AFTER November 4th, you will no longer be able to login to Digital Banking.
- Watch a Video Tour - Beginning on November 4th, CFCU More will look a little different than it does today. When you login, you will immediately see your accounts. This Video Tour provides visuals of where tools are located within CFCU More. Watch the tour here.
- Mobile Check Deposit - AFTER the move, you will be able to deposit checks on the mobile app version of CFCU More, however, in the desktop version, you can only view the checks you deposit using the mobile app.
- Set up Alerts - If you have alerts set up in Digital Banking, you will need to re-create them in CFCU More AFTER November 4th. There are some new alert options for your convenience. Be aware that text alerts will come from a 206 or 708 area code number and some alerts will only be sent once a day. Also, to receive all the alerts you have set up, you must set the notification frequency equal to or higher than the total number of alerts.
- Recurring and Future Transfers - If you have recurring or future dated transfers set up in Digital Banking, you must enroll in CFCU More BEFORE November 12th for those transfers to be moved into the CFCU More platform. Any future and recurring transfers moved over will show in CFCU More AFTER November 15th. Please check your transfers in CFCU More after the 15th.
- Pay a Person - If you utilized unlinked transfers to other member accounts at CFCU, you will now use the Pay a Person feature in CFCU More. Pay a Person allows you to send money to family and friends easily from your CFCU accounts. A checking account is required to use this service.
- Quicken and Quickbooks - If you use Quicken or Quickbooks, you will be able to connect your accounts AFTER November 12th.
- Multifactor Authentication - For members with international phone numbers, you will receive your multifactor authentication code by phone call instead of text.
- Personal Financial Management Tool - A new and improved financial management tool will be available to all members in 2025.
